Returns & Exchange
After receiving your order, if you are not satisfied in anyway, please return your order for a full refund or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. All returns and exchanges should be sent via insured delivery method to the address below in the original packaging. The item(s) should be returned unworn and in perfect condition. Any returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without their original labels may be subject to 20% restocking fee or can be sent back to the customer upon request and payment of additional shipping fees.
Returns for refund will be credited to the original payment method.
Returned items will be refunded excluding the original cost of shipping

CARE INSTRUCTIONS
All of Stephanie Occhipinti’s gold jewelry is true vermeil. It is (2.5 microns of 23.5ct gold and electroplated plated over .925 sterling silver). As with all jewelry, the pieces will darken over time adding character and warmth to the golden and rose colors.” If properly cared for, you will enjoy your jewelry for years to come.”
When your jewelry is not being worn, we recommend that you store it in the custom pouch, or plastic baggie or anti-tarnish bag that it came in. This will lessen the environmental effects of sunlight and scratches as well as prevent the chains from tangling. Please remember to apply all body lotions, perfumes, sun creams and make-up before you put on your jewelry. Avoid cleaning products, harmful chemicals and swimming in chlorinated water with the pieces and any jewelry chemical cleaning products, as that will affect the plating and finishes. To keep your jewelry shiny, you can polish it with delicate strokes using a soft 100% cotton jewelry cloth. Many of Stephanie’s designs are created with tonal grey and black antiqued finishes, so you will want to gently polish as to not remove the applied surfaces.

SHIPPING POLICY
We offer free USPS shipping on all orders over $250 (excluding taxes and shipping) to the continental United States.
All orders are shipped via USPS with tracking and insurance. Please note that all deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii can only be shipped second day. We will not deliver to P.O. Boxes. The following charges apply to packages shipped in the United States:

PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIMES
Orders are processed, shipped and delivered Monday through Friday only, excluding national holidays. All orders placed after 3pm EST will process the following day.
All orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or on a national holiday will be processed the following business day. While most orders are ready for shipping within 24 hours of placing your order, some orders take additional time. Please allow 48 hours for processing.
