OUTDOOR ART SHOW & MUSIC FESTIVAL 2021!

SEPTEMBER 11 - 12, 2021

The Outdoor Art Show & Music Festival is a two-day event hosted every September, this outdoor festival has featured some of the finest art and craft from regional artists and artisans over its long history, making it a vital part of the regional art community and a significant tradition for the public. The show is hosted by Gallery North and generously sponsored by local businesses. During this event, you will find a variety of artisanal pieces, with something for everyone! Keeping with long-standing tradition, the Outdoor Art Show & Music Festival will include live musical performances, an area devoted solely to kids activities, as well as delicious and exciting food vendors.

This year, the music stage will be sponsored by WUSB 90.1 fm/107.3 fm Stony Brook, NY. The WUSB Music Stage will feature four acts each day of the festival.

“The Arts” play a major role in the lives of those served by United Cerebral Palsy of Long Island (UCP-LI). Many of our gifted individuals utilize our “Brushstrokes” program as a form of self-expression. The paintbrush becomes the voice by which they tell a story or share their feelings. Music, another major component of our programs, unifies all of us. Performers at UCP-LI use their voices as well as sign language, connecting all who share in the experience. Through the arts and a wide range of programs and services, United Cerebral Palsy of Long Island helps create “Life Without Limits” for individuals with disabilities.

I am the proud mother of David Targett, a St John's University Graduate Assistant, and am very excited to have been invited to tell my story and share my personal design process as a jewelry designer.
